Privacy Policy

• Contact and account details you give us at checkout, such as your name and email address.
• Billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your card details; we see only limited information such as the last four digits, card type and billing status.
• Messages you send us by email, text or WhatsApp, for example support questions.
• Website usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and records aggregated information such as pages viewed, referring site, country and device type. It does not identify you personally.

The coaches run on Cashie, a third-party AI coaching platform. Your conversations are processed and stored by Cashie and the AI model providers it uses, so the coaches can answer you and keep your chat history. We may be able to view conversations through the platform to provide support and improve the coaches. We never sell your conversations or use them for advertising.

Please avoid sharing more sensitive health information than you need to get useful answers.

• To give you access to the Service and manage your subscription and free trial.
• To process payments, send receipts and handle billing questions.
• To send you service messages, such as access instructions, trial reminders and changes to the Service or these policies.
• To send occasional updates or offers, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the Service, such as Stripe (payments), Vercel (website hosting and analytics), our email provider, and Cashie and its AI model providers (the platform the coaches run on). They may use your information only to provide their services.
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.
• A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or reorganized.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting hal.mackenzie@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under state law. We will not treat you differently for exercising them.

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
